Techno Brain Duties: • Technical support: Lab issues troubleshooting, Microsoft Testing Centre Lab servers management, PCOE Team initiatives and projects support • Lab optimization: Fine tuning Microsoft Testing Centre Lab for smooth testing • Software Development Projects Delivery: Apps Development, Manage Apps bugs, Technical contribution to design, Interface design, Live site systems maintenance • Development Projects Quality: Designing software architecture based on requirement, Code Review, Write scalable and maintainable code solutions • Resource Management: - Coordinating between Microsoft and TBL Test Centre leadership in regards of required hardware devices and other equipment, Enforcing Microsoft Testing Centre Lab equipment policies, Ensure availability of Lab equipment & Test • Compliance and Lab Reporting

Duties: • Designing and developing software systems • Developing front and back end website applications • Developing android mobile applications and components • Managing servers and creating databases for functionality

Duties: • LAN setup, cabling and Networking • Termination of Patch Codes and Trunking • Troubleshooting and repair of printers, UPS's, plotters and scanners • LAN Design and implementation • Software installation and troubleshooting • Optical Fibre termination and Cable termination at bus bars
