I am a citizen of the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago located in the Caribbean. I am a Java full stack developer with over 27 years of experience developing software applications using a variety of programming languages and technology stacks (17 of which have been in a professional environment). I am very passionate about software development and cybersecurity. I also have a strong educational background which includes a master’s degree from the University of the West Indies and awards from the Government of Trinidad and Tobago for academic achievement.

Private tutoring of students, ranging from the primary school level to the university level in Mathematics and Computer Science. . Design, Development, testing and maintenance of Mobile, web and desktop applications (using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, ASP.net, SQL, Pascal and Basic). . Consultancy for Software development projects. . Management of social media pages. . Java Backend Developer on different projects.
· Designed, developed and tested new software used by the institution’s T24 system. This was done using Info Basic. · Designed, developed, tested and maintained a desktop application that transferred files from Canada to locations in the English and Dutch speaking Caribbean which used them for critical data processing operations. This was done using C#, windows batch scripts, Microsoft Access and Cute FTP. · Produced reports for branches across the Caribbean, using SQL generated data from the ODS processed by SQL Server reporting services for regulatory reporting purposes to regional central banks under the RRT project. · Processed data from the bank’s T24 application into a format used by the bank’s Oracle databases under the ODS (Operational Data Store) project. This involved using software written by external contractors to write the data to the oracle database and the use of my extensive knowledge of SQL to ensure that the process was accurate.
· Designed, developed and tested mobile, web and desktop applications for use within the group using programming languages such as Lotus Script, ASP.net, C#, HTML, CSS, VB.net and SQL. · Maintained and upgraded existing systems. This included systems designed in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, C# and the .Net framework. · Produced reports using information from Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and Oracle databases for company uses.

Eight courses and a research project were completed. The courses were Object Oriented Programming, Computer Forensics, Database Systems, Advanced Internet Technologies, Web Usability, E-Commerce, Distributed Systems and Design and Analysis of algorithms. The project was done on Hole 196- Diagnosing and fixing a security bug in WPA2.The languages used were Java, SQL and C.
The degree was a mixture of Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Economics, Academic writing and Caribbean history courses. The Computer Science courses were Introduction to Computer Programming I and II, Programming for Business Applications, Computer Architecture, Database Management Systems I, Data Structures, Discrete Mathematics for Computer Science, Object Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, Internet Technologies I and II, Computer Networking, Design and Analysis of Algorithms and Software Engineering. The Programming Languages used were Java, C, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Assembly, SQL and Basic.
