* Provide ongoing account management, business consulting and product support to overseas customers * Manage and train new sales representatives on company offerings, client portfolio, Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative or operational software * Responsible for developing and further maintaining company websites and promotional landing pages to generate new leads leveraging APIs to integrate each landing page with Zoho CRM and Google Ads * Create Python programming scripts that auto-generate dynamic sales and inventory reports
