• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. This involves mentoring and coaching junior engineers, sharing best practices, and driving technical excellence.  
• Play a key role in designing scalable and robust software solutions. Actively involved in coding and development, but with a broader scope.  
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and estimate effort.  
• Collaborate with other teams, such as QA, DevOps, and UX/UI, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software products.
