My Role as Technical Expert is Managing Testing for all Etisalat Systems, including the Enterprise applications, Billing, charging, Siebel and CRM testing systems Main Responsibilities: • Act as technical expert for specific domains for the testing team. • Assessing and analyzing the business requirements and proposing feasible, effective, simplified and optimized IT solutions with high quality and commitment to cope with the marketing plans and the dynamic moves. • Assessing the solution and design of Billing (BSCS) projects and products including end to end with all other systems (specially charging, Siebel and CRM and not limited) • Allocate resource to projects/ Tasks. • Review weekly Testers' status reports and take necessary actions • Escalate Testers' issues to the Sr. Management. • Estimate for testing projects. • Enforce the adherence to the company's Quality processes and procedures. • Decision to procure Software Testing tools for the organization. • Understands application business area and application requirements • Familiar with test-program concerns including test-data management, trouble reporting and resolution, test design, and test development • Expert in a variety of technical skills including programming languages, database technologies, and computer operating systems • Familiar with different test tools, defect-tracking tools, and other COTS tools supporting the testing life cycle, and their use • Create test plans and test strategies

• Working in International Turnkey System "ITS" as in CSD-Kuwait Department for supporting Zain Kuwait • Providing the first level support for the TABS Billing system • Worked closely with the customers to analyze, detect and close the billing system defects • Configuration, Testing and Implementation of the TABS modules including the Mediation, Roaming TAP files (3.10), Billing, Rating and Provisioning
