01/2013-08/2019 Senior Supervisor Systems Analyst & Programmer, Payment and financial services "Orange Egypt" formerly "Mobinil" (GSM Telecom Operator), Cairo (Egypt) within this post I analysed business needs over the scope of financial and payment VAS services, Evaluate existing processes and procedures to advise needed architectural changes, developments and Integration changes to achieve all the targeted enterprise goals, and follow the project through its different phases to final delivery, an example of systems within our scope is Globys E-Billing bill presentment solution, Mobile Money (Mobiquity), E-top-up.

Billing system (BSCS Version 6 and IX R2) and Migration to the later. * Data normalizing Mediation solution (Digital route Mediation Zone). * Conventional/Electronic bill presentment solutions(BGH, Doc1, Globys E-Bill).

(Egypt) I was able to get hands-on familiarity of Enterprise infrastructure, work processes, and ICT work- flow/roles, operational continuity assurance and performed incident-investigation, root cause analysis, solution design, testing and execution throughout the systems around the main billing system.
