My name is Mauricio del Río, I'm 30 years old and currently residing in Santiago, Chile. I'm currently working as a Tech Lead Engineer at 1health, a US-based company focused on providing solutions to improve medical examination results reporting between different interested parties like patients, health care providers and corporations. During this growth I got promoted to my current position due to my communication skills, mentoring capabilities, quick delivery and focus in creating solutions centered on the users of the developed solutions. Where I lead a team of 5 developers and 1 QA engineer to create new solutions and maintain existing ones. In total I have almost 7 years of experience working in IT-related jobs, and during this time I learned that quality software comes with Good communication between the parties involved in software development, no exceptions.
