Roles & responsibility & delivery models are variable and ever-changing in fast evolving in the industrial era. The delivery dynamics & client expectations change in the flick of an eye. Picking up agility in everything that needs to be delivered and understanding the client’s requirements dynamically and adapting to the changing methodologies in delivery is of utmost importance. Being equipped with strong analytical and logical skills with fast understanding/learning capability, it has never been very difficult to find a solution to any delivery challenges. This dynamic nature of working has always helped to remain as the most efficient and productive resource, thus the top performer. The same nature of working has also been inspirational to my fellow team members who were able to boost their performances as well. While working, it is also very important to document the best practices, which help to identify continual improvement areas of the current process, helps to save the time of execution by removing redundant work, and improves the overall quality of work for the entire team.
