Agile data science & software development • Being the first data scientist in the office, I was instrumental in developing the data science team & upskilling developers on applied data science. At the same time, I have also been responsible for upskilling data scientist on new algorithms and concepts. I am a mentor for many budding data scientists both in the company and students • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to understand business problem and collaborate on solution design • Working in large, complex, geographically-distributed software development programs • Projects spanning solutions for price optimization, chat bots, predicting customer churn, deep learning models to predicting star formations properties • Have travelled to international client locations for project inceptions + consulting work.
