I graduated from MSA university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering. I worked in my field for two years, then I found an opportunity that satisfied my eagerness for technology and to get involved in the tech industry, so I shifted my career and started a job in SWVL 5 years ago. First, I led the customer success team both in customer and supply fields where I was responsible for client’s growth through penetration campaigns and gaining deep understanding of clients’ needs and developing customized solutions meeting their needs, managing accounts performance through data driven strategies, owning accounts ops KPIs, invoices, and collection. I then had the chance to gain more experience in the tech operations by leading the B2B planning team, my team’s main scope is handling all system and data operations for the B2B accounts, tenders quotations and operational planning, working closely with product and tech teams to innovate automated solutions for daily operations; aside to that I’m owning the SAAS projects from quotations to delivery, and creating reporting dashboards for clients to help monitor their daily operations. This experience helped me gain a full understanding from the business and operations side by understanding what clients are looking for and recognizing how this could be delivered from an efficient operations point of view, also it added a lot to my personal skills by learning to code queries which helped take better decisions and actions.
