I am a Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in programming and testing with complex environments, both with RedHat Linux and Microsoft Windows (centralized as well as distributed). I received my MSc degree in Software Design and Development from NUIG in Ireland and later took the role of a Computer Scientist/Researcher at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Biological and Environmental Sciences and Engineering Department. One of the main projects I was heavily involved in was the Human Brain Project (HBP) collaboration with EPFL University in Switzerland. My research interests involve programmatically solving computational problems in various scientific domains such as molecular biology, biophysics, and neuroscience. I am currently practicing research in computer science as a doctoral student in addition to holding the position of Chief Technology Officer at IntraVides.
