Before joining the industry, I was a full-time researcher and an assistant lecturer in the German University in Cairo where I specialized in Business Process Re-engineering. Also, where I published my masters work in BPM 2020, launched 2 Business Analysis courses on Coursera and engaged in both academic & industrial research projects. This has largely impacted my career path to initially turn me into a business analyst, and later as the product person I am today.
