I am a self-motivated person who make use of the good company environment and culture to keep myself motivated on daily basis. As a Quality engineer, I consider each task/user story a challenge that will add a value which makes my spirit high and I am eager to learn more. Even with tasks that are of little challenges, I insist to learn even a small information that will help me with other tasks and I consider small steps are the start of the big mile sprint. I shifted to the quality engineering 10 years ago after being a UX developer. Being a UX developer made me discover my eagerness to shift to a Quality engineer in which I wanted to learn how to provide the best quality for a user and think like a user, so the delivered product is an added value. Since more than 10 years I have been working as a manual tester and going up the career ladder step by step and adding value by learning a lot about this field. Then I wanted to add more to my career, and I learnt and took courses for the automation testing, which eventually made me a more professional tester. As a quality engineer, I always wear the user's hat, and this made me more enthusiastic to challenge requirements provided by the Product owner. Leading people and sharing knowledge is another footstep I took, and I am very proud of. The quality engineering field is a growing path, that's why each step I took, added value to the career and made me stand in a niche of a leader in the organisation.
