We're seeking experienced Java and React developers to join our team as freelance Instructors. We are dedicated to providing high-quality technical education and are looking for individuals who can share their expertise in Java and React development with our students.
Location: Remote
Course Language: English (Fluency Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver engaging and informative lessons on Java and React development, ensuring a deep understanding of best practices.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to help students grasp complex Java and React concepts and excel in their studies.
- Course Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of course materials and content, including assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Java and React technologies, including popular frameworks and libraries, to provide the most relevant and current information to students.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Java and React developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java and React best practices.
- Experience with popular Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven.
- Experience with popular React frameworks and libraries, such as React Router, Redux, or Next.js.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven experience in mentoring and coaching other developers effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Fly.io, Docker).
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with code review and pair programming.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
