Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to work REMOTELY with a fast-growing Swiss company with an International team and play a crucial role in driving the success of the product.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
Requirements Management:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed product requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of user needs and expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Product Development:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Make critical decisions on prioritization, scope, and features, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties.
- Regularly provide updates on project progress, timelines, and potential roadblocks to ensure transparency and alignment.
User Experience and Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience in the product.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to define acceptance criteria and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitor products to contribute valuable insights for product improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
