We're looking for a Talented IT project manager to join our partner in Germany as a freelance Instructor. We are committed to providing high-quality design education and are looking for individuals who can share their expertise remotely through live online sessions, our boot camp equips individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into project management roles. As we expand our offerings, we are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Project Manager Instructor to lead and inspire our participants.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and create engaging course content tailored for the IT Project Management Bootcamp.
- Develop hands-on assignments, practical projects, and a comprehensive toolkit to facilitate effective learning.
Instruction and Delivery:
- Conduct live online and in-person training sessions, covering project phases, Agile methodologies, and software tools.
- Facilitate interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, and real-world project simulations to enhance the learning experience.
Mentorship and Support:
- Provide mentorship and support to participants, guiding them through the intricacies of project management.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, encouraging diversity and participation.
Assessment and Feedback:
- Implement assessments to gauge participant progress and comprehension.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance participants' project management skills.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in IT project management.
- Continuously update course content to align with industry advancements and ensure its relevance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Previous instructional design and delivery experience, preferably in a corporate training or boot camp setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage course development, delivery, and participant engagement.
- Passion for education, diversity, and fostering a positive learning experience.
