We are currently looking for a Software Engineer CRM with a focus on JAVA to work with a leading Swiss Digital Transformation Company.
Position: Software Engineer CRM 80-100% with a focus on JAVA (m/f/d)
Employment Type: Permanent position, full-time or part-time
Location: Steinhausen (onSite)
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients throughout the entire project process. You will be responsible for conceiving and specifying cloud-based CRM and marketing automation solutions, developing customer-specific system extensions, and collaborating closely with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions using Java technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients throughout the entire project process
- Conceive and specify cloud-based CRM and marketing automation solutions
- Develop customer-specific system extensions and integrations using Java technologies
- Design customer data architecture with a focus on secure Java-based solutions
- Develop and configure Java-based interfaces to integrate customer data into surrounding systems and platforms
- Implement streaming platforms and event streams
- Develop and configure automated tracking, insights, and campaign workflows
- Collaborate with customer teams both remotely and on-site
- Coordinate with stakeholders including customer departments and IT
- Optional: Create digital customer experiences in collaboration with internal and customer designers
Your Profile:
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Reliable implementer with a focus on quality and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Analytical thinking skills and intuitive approach to IT systems
- Knowledge of Java, Python, git, common cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google), streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (Javascript, Node, HTML5) and experience with web tracking and marketing automation solutions are a plus
- Degree in computer science or business informatics
- Fluent in German and English
