We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to work REMOTELY with a fast-growing Swiss company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM and email campaigns, overseeing content and SEO strategies, and driving overall digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective CRM and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, email campaigns, content, and SEO.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably ActiveCampaign or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques is a plus.
- English Fluency is a must.
