Job Title: UX/UI Designer & Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a talented individual for a hybrid role encompassing UX/UI design and customer success management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UX/UI design principles and customer relationship management, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
About Us:
We're a pioneering Carbon Tax SaaS startup headquartered in Switzerland. Our mission is to assist EU manufacturers and commodity importers in complying with the CBAM regulation and preparing for the global implementation of carbon taxes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing support and addressing feedback on software functionality and usability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with our products.
- Communicate new product developments and updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Assist with copywriting tasks as needed, ensuring consistency and clarity in all communication materials.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and designs.
- Previous experience in customer success management or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, as well as project management tools like Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
