Job Purpose:
The AGM - CRM will lead the strategy and execution of customer relationship management initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline customer interactions and improve service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the CRM team for high performance.
• Customer Insights: Analyze feedback and metrics to inform decision-making.
• CRM Management: Oversee CRM systems and optimize customer data management.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for cohesive customer experiences.
• Engagement Programs: Design initiatives to boost customer loyalty.
• Reporting: Present CRM performance metrics to senior management.
• Training: Identify needs and enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
• Experience: 8-10 years in CRM, ideally in real estate.
Skills:
• Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and CRM software proficiency.
• Customer-centric with excellent communication skills.
