Position Overview:

We're looking for a talent CRO Specialist to work Remotely with our partner in Malaysia.   As a CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance of e-commerce platforms, websites, and landing pages by analyzing user behavior, identifying inefficiencies, and applying data-driven strategies to boost conversion rates. Working closely with the UI/UX, development, and performance marketing teams, your focus will be on optimizing user experiences to drive business growth. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on delivering outstanding results to stakeholders. You enjoy managing multiple projects at once, seeing challenges as opportunities to find innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
CRO Strategy & Analysis:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align CRO strategies with broader business objectives.
Execution & Optimization:
  • Continuously optimize ecommerce, website, and landing page performance to increase lead sign-ups, revenue, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate different variables and their impact on conversions.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to enhance user journeys, reduce friction, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Ensure optimal page load times and technical performance to support conversion efforts.
  • Prepare detailed reports on optimization findings and proposed strategies.
  • Proactively address any potential risks to live conversions during testing.
Project Management:
  • Independently manage CRO projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX and Product teams to improve customer experiences and deliver high-quality project results.
  • Document test procedures and outcomes for future reference.
Client Engagement:
  • Directly interact with client teams as needed to ensure alignment between business objectives and user experience.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, designers, and developers, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude within the team.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization with a background in performance marketing.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and craft data-driven recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, MS Clarity, etc.
  • Experience with landing page builders like Unbounce, WordPress/Elementor.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
