We are looking for a talented and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our partner in Switzerland🇨🇭—a Swiss baby carrier brand.

The ideal candidate will drive e-commerce business growth through data-driven strategies, optimizing customer experiences, and enhancing overall performance. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage relationships with business agencies, coordinate with media buyers, and continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Growth: Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth through our e-commerce platform.
Data-Driven Insights: Generate commercial insights based on data analysis and use them to inform business strategies and decisions.
Campaign Performance: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies based on insights, and ensure the highest ROI.
Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with business agencies and coordinate with Meta and Google media buyers to execute campaigns effectively.
Reporting & Analysis: Conduct thorough data and performance analysis, providing daily reports, actionable recommendations, and accurate forecasts.
UX & CRO Optimization: Continuously improve the user experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Tool & Data Optimization: Improve the optimization of tools and ensure the accuracy and quality of data used for decision-making.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Budget Management: Track and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum campaign efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, UX optimization, and CRO.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with external business agencies and media buyers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in working with Meta and Google media buying.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
