Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead key technology projects and manage a team of developers. You’ll work closely with management to develop and execute a roadmap for system improvements, ensuring the security and stability of our systems, primarily SAGE x3 and JavaScript. You will oversee a team of 4 permanent developers and coordinate with freelancers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a roadmap for system enhancements in collaboration with management.
- Lead a team of 4 developers and manage freelancers for project delivery.
- Ensure system security, stability, and performance.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of IT architecture to work effectively with developers.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with system security and stability.
- Familiarity with SAGE x3 and JavaScript is a plus.
- Logistics or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required.
