We're looking for a talented Senior Drupal Developer to work remotely with our partner in Malaysia.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic and fast-growing team, contributing to global and local projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong focus on the latest version (Drupal 11). Expertise in the Drupal Twig templating system and proficiency in PHP 8.x are essential. Experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and building enterprise-level Drupal websites is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Development Tasks:
- Design, test, and deploy high-quality code for Drupal projects.
- Develop and maintain user-facing components within Drupal applications.
- Create efficient, testable, secure, and reusable modules.
- Conduct security and compliance assessments to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance and architectural issues in Drupal.
- Integrate SQL data storage solutions within Drupal environments.
- Utilize strong skills in PHP 8.x and Drupal's Twig templating system.
- Apply knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for Drupal theme development as needed.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficient with code versioning tools like GitHub.
Project Management:
- Follow and enhance existing development processes for efficiency.
- Uphold high-quality standards in project outputs.
- Identify and solve performance and architectural challenges.
- Conduct security and compliance assessments.
- Manage project goals, align product strategy, and provide transparent updates on deliverables.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Results Management:
- Collaborate with UX, UI, and product teams to perform quality control, security, and compliance assessments.
- Achieve performance KPIs such as page speed and server efficiency.
- Communicate project statuses transparently and escalate issues when necessary.
