Am KIYEGGA FRANCIS by name, I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science from makerere university Kampala Uganda, I have six years( including internship and after retained) of work experience under software development in technologies like react JS, java (spring boot), python (Django), SQL (including database design, implementation and maintenance) though of recent I decided to concentrate on backend development that is Java spring boot, python Django and SQL since it’s what I do most frequently in my career, my hobbies are programming plus keeping my skills update through frequent learning of new things more so in technologies am using, I love music and European Football during my free time, in my entire career working with three companies (Web info-net, Crystal clear software limited and currently with Equity bank) have contributed to a number of projects of which some, I was project lead as shown by curriculum vitae (CV) which is attached on my profile, my prayers is to fully go remote since at the bank it’s divided (remote and sometimes physically reaching the office), thank you very much.

Experience
In limited time so far I have spent with equity bank have contributed to a number of projects like ABC shared banking agency which helps the bank to extend banking services to door step of its clients with the use of its agents in partnership with other banks agents as instructed by the central bank of Uganda, I have worked on an industrial analysis project as a main back-end software developer as well as project lead, which helps the bank to know its current stand in the market by considering different parameters like deposits, loan, equity, losses and profits, government securities and so many other parameters. I have been select to lead another project called Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for evaluating workers as well as being used for Mission Three Trillion deposit campaign. I have worked on Collateral and Insurance management systems as the backend project lead, which helps to manage loans and collateral. I have worked on a Journal update system which is used to update as well as backup journals from all Automated Teller Machines (ATM) to the server daily, have managed to contribute to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) payment get way, which include master card integration, in order to simplify the work of taxpayers by being able to pay taxes with the use of master card as well as visa card without visiting any bank physically (through online portal).
I was responsible for creating a LOAN PERFORMER web part to be in sync with the desktop on a shared database through use of spring boot micro services.
I worked as an intern software developer and after that I was retained as a Junior software developer.
