I was responsible for leading a small team of Java Developers to build an addon to Core Banking Application. I was in-charge of the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. Essentially, we use Java SpringBoot, thymeleaf, Bootstrap, MySql, Gitlab. I was also responsible for training junior developers in the academy.

In addition, I upgraded the Courier Management Software, Fleet Management SoftwareProduction Management, Finance & Audit Application, Maintenance Module, CRM, HR Application of Dove 2.0. I recruited and trained 12 Junior Developers to constitute the newly created Software Department.

From the Whitepaper, I design the architecture of Bezop Application - a decentralized peer to peer Ecommerce order management and processing system, powered by smart contract and built on a decentralized blockchain network. As the Education Management Information System Developer, I design and deploy the Campus Area Network, assisted in deploring the Digital Library Management System. I developed and deployed the school portal and organise ICT Workshop for training Staff on how to use it. As a Lecturer, I developed a courses: ICT in Education I, II and III for the teacher trainees in years one, two and three respectively.
