It’s a web app project of Gloria Jean’s Coffees BD, franchise of the American-Australian retail coffeehouse brand having 1,400 mostly franchised stores in 40 countries. The web app is for product delivery and dine-in order management inside Dhaka. I worked as Lead Front-end engineer in the team
- Every food item has different sizes and add-ons. The app has fast filtering code, which means reduced DB calls. Writing code for reduced DB calls. Writing code for "Add to cart" for a food item with the right size and add-on with quantity was a great experience. The MERN stack technology is used here for a clean, optimised & reusable coding experience.
- The MVC architecture made the development process smooth and seamless.
- Having the pre-built set of testing tools in MERN was one of the reasons to choose this stack for this project.
It’s an AI customer support agent that uses machine learning with NLP and supports customers with their queries 24/7. I led the development team of this project.
- Led team and developed Artificially Intelligent Automated Chatbot that increased the company’s business revenue model by 160%
- Increased team performance by 200% by facilitating, leading, and training engineering, UX, product marketing, and client service teams.
- The main challenges were implementing server load balancing, idling automation, and optimising SoS. NodeJS & ExpressJS were mainly used in building the SI & DM for their API adaptability and RTM features. NextJS is used to build UI.
- The most impactful achievement was making the process free of charge.
It's a marketplace for ready-to-use modern tech web page template built with MERN. I contributed in the team as Front-End Developer
- Contributing to the core development team in front-end development with React JS, Tailwind & Sass to solve server side rendering, post-purchase export and import rendering were great challenges to experience.
