• Designing and implementing a scalable system to fetch balances and transactions of all bank accounts that Deel holds 
• Designing and implementing a flexible, scalable, extendable, and user friendly reconciliation engine for reconciling the transactions that we fetch from 30+ providers with our system’s transactions 
• Designing and implementing alerting system that alerts the engineering and finance team if there is any anomaly in the system 
• Contributed to foreign exchange rates prediction that helped the company to save hundreds of thousands of dollars by giving the finance team the right time to convert USD to any other currency based on a lot of parameters

• Contributed to catalyst CSM platform by enhancing the data ingestion flowsa from 5+ data sources like Salesforce, zen desk, jira..etc 
• Designed and implemented a 2 way to sync with Salesforce with performance and low latency in mind 
• Contributed to data re-architecture whose purpose is to transform the data store from Postgres and Elasticsearch, to use a new data piepline flow for ingesting that uses Fivetran, databricks, and TiDB for high scalability and ease of development, which helped a lot in implementing high complex use cases that weren’t possible with the traditional data stores/flow

• Working closely with product teams to design core, enterprise, and crash features and tackle any technical challenges we might face. 
• Responsible for Instabug’s production problems, uptime, scaling issues, and backlog.

• Working in the Backend team, I use technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Go, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc. to build and maintain large-scale microservices delivering real-time contextual insights to top companies around the globe. My work involves planning, designing, and building new features across the Instabug suite of products. I am also involved in operating production environments and as part of on-call rotations.
