Redeveloped the connections pages that enabled merchants to easily distinguish the payment processors that have been added to their account whilst enhancing the search for others that may be added. This improved search and enhanced connections differentiator helped 100+ merchants save time and reduce the chances of error.
Added filters for card security and analytics to capture data on the payments page for 100+ merchants to have visibility on the activities done by their users which informed valid business decisions.
Developed features on the settings page that ensured merchants can make edits to their business name and brand, and search for team members via email, name, and role. This greatly impacted accessibility and reduced merchant frustration.
Oversee 7 Frontend Developer Interns and National Service Personnel contribute to building the company's software.
