ELDORET Worked with two designers, product manager, quality assurance engineer and many developers to develop, new OpenMRS UI leveraging Micro-front architecture(micro-service on the front-end) with configuration built into the application. Mentored 6 new junior front-end developers in the team to expand JavaScript, React and Angular Skill set. Developed Angular form engine to work inside react-app to capture medical information and fit into clinic workflow, this eliminated the need to hard code clinical form. Worked with product manager to develop documentation, reducing need for 4 week on-boarding course. Lead Ampath team to adapt OpenMRS 3.x frontend to match organization workflows, this resulted in clinical staff improving efficiency by 20% and reduction of medication errors by 10%.
