● Team lead for the development of an Invoicing Application for the Ghana Revenue Authority using ReactJS. ● Collaborated with an 8-member engineering team to design and implement an end-to-end Integrated Tax Application System using ASP.NET framework to digitize the tax filing process for 1.5 m+ tax payers in Ghana. ● Worked closely with the team to refactor codes and maintain web apps built for the National Petroleum Agency to provide oversight on operations of 250 companies in the Ghana petroleum sector. ● Led a team of 3 report designers to construct SSRS reports by extracting data from a Microsoft SQL database. ● Developed documentation to eliminate variations and standardize the content of 27 SSRS reports for non-technical managers. ● Pioneered the use of UI/UX development tools (Figma and Adobe XD) to the fronted engineering team; this helped reduce iterations and shrink project timelines by 1 month over the past year. ● Prepared a user manual to support a 3-member customer service team in streamlining communication to users and expediting ticket resolution process; this eliminated interruptions in the work of 8 engineers.
