To begin with, I love writing code. Ever since writing my first program using Visual Basic when I was in high school, I have always been intrigued with the idea of using software to solve practical problems. Software Engineering is a never-ending puzzle that I am passionately engaged in solving. I believe in the power of programming to transform and improve the lives of people around the world. Information and Technology is constantly evolving and new technologies keep coming up and this means that there is always something new to learn and a better way to solve a problem.

• Deployed a cloud-native distributed system on AWS using Terraform and AWS (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS and S3).
• Improved usability of Busara's in-house process management platform by designing user-friendly UI mock-ups for a new feature using Axure Cloud. • Improved productivity by 40% by implementing a feature on the company's in-house process management platform that allows users to request for access to various projects using Angular JS.
• Responsible for teaching Software Engineering concepts such as Object-Oriented programming, Git & GitHub, agile software development (Scrum & Kanban), Project Management (Zen Hub), Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CircleCI), unit testing (Jest), code quality, static analysis (Better Code Hub), design patterns and architectural styles. • Responsible for conducting sprint reviews and supervising group projects based on the MERN stack: Mongo DB, Node.js, Web Sockets, Express.js, React JS, Heroku

• Designed the user interface of an E-commerce music instruments and digital content website using Figma. • Improved sales by 30% by implementing a prototype of the UI design of the E-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce. • Deployed the E-commerce website on shared hosting and performed website and server management through the cPanel.
