I am a passionate developer that loves building beautiful and functional applications to help customers achieve their desired outcomes My professional experience as a Customer Success Manager helped me understand elements of the customer success such as realizing the time-to-value with minimal efforts by better presenting the organization’s value, the ease and intuition of the UI and the overall UX through the customer journey.
