System Administrator/Analyst
• Act as an inter-phase between IT and HCM by assisting in the resolution of HRIS
issues and providing user support on the development of HR Portal.
• Provide technical/system support, including responding to users queries, test and evaluate new technology.
• Manage the database, create and update structures on the system database to manage
the structure of the bank
• Work with the data system, refines data that fits into the system, stores large data with high data integrity and changing the data landscape of the system when the needs arise.
• Working close with technical consultant and using development tools to write scripts to develop solve specific issues and twerk the system for full optimization.
• Discussing the client's requirements and the proposed solution with a senior developer
(for developers at mid-skill level and below)
• Developing documentation and operating manuals
• Fault finding, diagnosing and fixing bugs
• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably
• Possess a strong knowledge of ERP system(s) in order to effectively utilize platform
capabilities in all areas of employment from human resources, recruiting, on boarding,
benefits, self-services, report writing and payroll.
• Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
• Works closely with the Corporate HR reporting function to align metrics utilized to the data utilized by Corporate HR.

• Provides advanced data support such as trending, regression analysis, demographic
analysis, predictive modelling, and other such methodologies to assist HR Managers in making informed decisions about HR strategy
• MySQL database administration
• Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
• Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefit
