United Nations Office in Nairobi 1. Designed and developed business processes for the Host Country Services Unit using ProcessMaker BPMN software. This increased process efficiency by 80%. 2. Designed and developed the Data Manager Tool using Laravel, MySQL, and VueJS. The tool assisted staff in easily retrieving data on clients, increasing efficiency of data management by 90%. 3. Implemented Adobe Sign within the business processes allowing the manager and other stakeholders to sign documents digitally and securely. The use of paper was significantly cut down by 85% increasing the amount of money saved for the unit. 4. Oversaw the installation of the queue management and appointment system for Host Country Services Unit. The system was installed to increase better management of clients in the queue moving from the traditional queue that led to frustration from the clients. The raised the efficiency of client service by 90%. 5. I was tasked with extracting and analyzing data from Processmaker. This was used in budgeting and other top level management decision making.
