Have been in the IT Industry for more than 17 years, worked in various fields including Telecommunications, Healthcare, CRM, ERP, Software Development and Enterprise Architecture & Design with professional exposure and practice to project management and information security. To accomplish this, I was part of the implementation groups of many telecommunication solutions and transformations, in addition to automation of critical processes in healthcare and fundraising management. My duties and responsibilities utilized Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, ITIL Service Management, Information Security, CRM Strategies Execution, ERP, Business Analysis and Requirements Management and most importantly Customer Facing.
