Hi, I’m Rana! I’m a certified UX designer from Egypt crafting simple and effective solutions for complex systems. I have 10 years of experience working in different tech fields such as Testing, development, BPM development, front-end development, and UX and UI design. Additionally, I facilitate Design Thinking workshops. Before discovering my interest for UX and UI design, I spent the first six years of my career trying out several work roles. I can be curious, ask questions, acquire information using a variety of research methods, empathize with the users and people involved in a project, simplify complex issues and develop straightforward processes and systems around them, be creative, and develop impactful and user-friendly solutions. My broad technological background, in my opinion, gives me an advantage. I am equipped to create designs while considering their technical feasibility. I don’t create products that are too good to be true; instead, I create ones that are practical, useful, and provide the user with enjoyable experiences.
