In a career of 20 years I held the positions of Project Manager/Coordinator an Facilities/Maintenance manager. I have had accountability for the design, implementation, and execution of multi-million turnkey projects. During that time, I have developed a solid reputation for successfully, profitably and cost effective managing concurrent projects. Through all project phases from conception to completion, I control plan execution to deliver within targeted cost, schedule, and compliance parameters. Maintaining quality standards, and minimizing corporate costs and liability have been a consistent result of my professional commitment. I have recently delivered successfully a Six Hundred Million plus Energya Cables industrial complex consisting of 44000 sq m plant and tower, plus warehouses, office buildings, services and accommodations. At my recent post as Facilities Manager, I planned, executed and controlled operation and maintenance activities, CM/PM. Furthermore managed external contractors/vendors providing maintenance/HSE services to ongoing projects in a cost effective manner, where aiming for a long-term preservation of the asset value and optimum asset performance.
