I’m a UX professional with 14 years of experience. I’ve worked for companies in 3 different continents, 8 countries, and countless industry sectors. With a background in Design and a Master's in HCI from Carnegie Mellon, I became a UX director at the age of 30 and went on to start a business, Serial Hero - that helps companies create their UX teams and set up a workflow around their customers. Teaching is “in my blood”!
