It was almost magical being able to get the computer to do whatever i wanted, just by typing these funny little letters and symbols, limited by my own imagination and ingenuity. I started as a kid who grew up watching science fiction movies and how great innovations are brought to live with the aid of this little but powerful machine called the computer. Through out high school and university, i latched on to any idea of project i could get, moving from simple "hello world" in fortran all the way to writing my first python web crawler, with lots of projects thereafter. I learnt Java then C#, tearing through any books and online videos i could find on anything remotely related to software development.
