Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and manage cross-channel marketing efforts for a fast-growing, high-end Swiss baby carrier brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling luxury commerce businesses through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels and a strong ability to drive performance across multiple marketing channels.  Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Channel Marketing Management: Oversee and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms, including Google Search, Meta, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to scale annual revenue from $3.9 million to $7 million, with a balanced focus on both retail and D2C channels.
Global Expansion: Lead initiatives to expand the brand's presence outside the U.S., with a particular emphasis on growing market share in Europe and the UK.
Analytical Framework Development: Build and maintain a robust analytical framework to predict and improve marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Agency & Team Management: Manage relationships with multiple external agencies and collaborate closely with in-house creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
SEO Improvement: Drive efforts to enhance the brand's SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in scaling luxury brands, particularly through D2C channels.
  • Strong expertise in managing cross-channel marketing, including paid advertising, influencer marketing, email marketing, and CRO.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics and the ability to develop predictive models.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating with external agencies and creative teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive both U.S. and international market growth.
