Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Growth Manager to join our partner in Switzerland 🇨🇭—a Swiss baby carrier brand known for its high-quality products and innovative design. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving e-commerce growth through data-driven strategies and conversion rate optimization.


The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing Director to transform our e-commerce platform into a leading sales channel, drive brand growth, and optimize performance across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a technically skilled, data-driven individual with expertise in e-commerce, UX/CRO, and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in Northern Italy (close to Lugano, Switzerland) for bi-weekly team meetings.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-Commerce Growth & Branding: Drive business growth and customer engagement by optimizing e-commerce performance and enhancing the brand’s digital presence.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data analysis to generate commercial insights and make strategic decisions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Campaign Performance & Strategy: Analyze marketing campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI and aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external agencies, Meta and Google media buyers, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
  • UX & CRO Optimization: Continuously refine user experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Director to expand the e-commerce platform.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in launching new product categories, developing marketing materials, and ensuring cohesive brand presentation across platforms.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum campaign impact.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in UX/CRO optimization, digital marketing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing software, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta and Google media buying and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of multilingual store management and SEO strategies.
