Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in Spring, Docker, and Go to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust applications and optimize backend infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring and Go.
- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Optimize system architecture for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of backend services.
- Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other services.
- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Spring, Docker, and Go.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
- Proficiency in database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
