Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Business Analyst to work REMOTELY with a dynamic technical team. As a key player, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable specifications, and contribute to the ongoing success of our platform.

Our platform offers users a convenient way to access exclusive promo codes and deals on web and mobile applications, facilitating small online businesses in connecting with a new segment of buyers. With over 11 million promo codes utilized by 1.7 million users, we are at the forefront of shaping a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.
- Plan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirements, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Participate in product demos and meetings to gather insights, collecting feedback for documentation improvement.
- Engage in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of the software development process, with a focus on software requirement analysis.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
- Proficient in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and version control systems.
- Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
A Plus Skills:
- Experience working with databases, writing SQL queries, and generating reports.
- Familiarity with Tableau/Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in building online e-commerce platforms.
