We're looking for a full-stack web developer to work Remotely with our partner in Malaysia.

**Position Summary:**
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team engaged in both global and local projects. Your role involves interpreting high-level business requirements, proposing solutions with trade-offs, and seeing features through to completion. You will manage project goals and provide transparent progress reports to senior leadership. Your ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and nurture these skills in others is crucial. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, and experience with Agile methodologies is highly valued.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Design, test, and deploy high-quality web development code.
  • Develop and maintain user-facing elements and backend systems.
  • Build efficient, testable, secure, and reusable modules.
  • Conduct security and compliance assessments to maintain quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve performance and architectural challenges.
  • Integrate data storage solutions such as MySQL.
  • Review and improve existing processes.
  • Meet website performance KPIs (pagespeed, server resources, etc.).
  • Collaborate with UX & UI and product teams to improve websites through thorough QC, security, and compliance assessments.

**Requirements:**
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (virtual servers, LEMP hosting stacks, DNS/CDN) is a plus.
  • Proficient in PHP 7.x and PHP 8.x, PHP frameworks (Laravel).
  • Strong knowledge of API-based development.
  • Experience with NodeJS and other languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in HTML5/CSS3.
  • Experience with JavaScript (jQuery), JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (VueJS or ReactJS) is a plus.
  • Experience with PHP CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
  • Proficient in integrating SQL-based data storage solutions and using SQL.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Proficient in version control tools (Git).
  • Understanding of other backend languages (NodeJS or similar) is a strong plus.
